Cory Atkins
Owner/Manager
Cory Atkins is a seasoned property manager known for combining extensive property management experience with hands-on construction expertise. Over the course of his career in the property management industry, Cory has developed a strong reputation for delivering responsive service, maintaining high-performing properties, and building lasting relationships with property owners and tenants alike. His experience managing a wide range of properties has given him a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and long-term asset preservation.
With a background in the building industry, Cory brings a practical understanding of the structural and operational aspects of real estate, allowing him to effectively oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. His construction knowledge enables him to identify potential issues early, accurately assess repair needs, and manage renovations with efficiency and precision to protect and enhance property value.

Margaret Price
Lead Property Manager
Margaret is a local Santa Cruz'n and comes from four generations of family in Santa Cruz County. Her deep love for this area is one of the reasons Margaret chose to go into Real Estate/Property Management almost 20 years ago. Margaret is a licensed Realtor, a certified Santa Cruz County Agent with the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors, was a licensed Appraiser 2002-2007, and is a Notary as well.
Margaret believes that providing excellent customer service and care is what sets her and Blue Sky apart, "I am a big believer in what comes around, goes around. I want to treat people I would hope to be treated in my professional and personal life".

Dai Ramirez
Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Dai essentially ensures the smooth running of the office services on a day-to-day basis. Manages meetings and appointments. Helps Margaret and David with the office operations.
Dai, along with David, is the primary contact for vacation rentals.
